CC Devi notices her. And  she invites CC Enzel to come along.

CC Devi and CC Enzel are given a drug to deactivate the microchip implanted in their horns.
They become one-horned demons.
Wear matching chokers around their necks to prolong the effects of the medication.

They go out of the gate to complete the permission to go out.
